Investigo are currently partnered with a PE backed fast growing business based in Hamburg who are looking to hire a new Senior Controller to aid in their continued growth plans.

Senior Controller,

Experienced controlling professional with strong expertise in group controlling, specializing in investment controlling and M&A activities. Proven track record in managing and enhancing group-wide reporting, planning, and analytical processes. Strategic mindset combined with a deep understanding of financial performance, company valuation, and investment decision-making.

Skilled in collaborating with executive management, investors, and international subsidiaries. Experienced in post-merger integration and the optimization of controlling structures and systems.

• Group Controlling & Investment Controlling
• Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Performance analysis of subsidiaries and investments
• Support and execution of M&A projects (due diligence, valuation, post-merger integration)
• Development and optimization of management reporting and KPIs
• Understanding of consolidation in accordance with accounting standards IFRS
• Business partnering at executive level

IT & Systems Skills:

• Strong expertise in ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot to enhance automation and efficiency in reporting and analytics
• Advanced proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and MS Excel (including Power Query / Power Pivot)
