🔍 Transparence des salaires en Europe : le compte à rebours a commencé… mais toutes les entreprises ne sont pas au même niveau. La directive européenne sur la transparence des salaires doit être transposée d'ici la fin de l'année. Et pourtant, selon une étude Robert Walters menée auprès de 1 240 entreprises dans 5 pays d'Europe, la réalité est bien plus contrastée. Comme le résume très bien Jose Bokhorst , CEO Europe du Nord chez Robert Walters : "Le principal obstacle aujourd'hui n'est pas la résistance en interne, mais le manque de clarté sur ce que la transparence salariale signifie concrètement."
