Basically, we see ourselves as service agents, acting as a bridge between leaders, teams and employees. #PeopleFirst is more than just a slogan to us. It reflects how we show up every day.

Whether it’s production, wastewater, EHS, Engineering, Lab or R&D, I believe the strongest progress happens when different perspectives come together. ❓ What motivates you most about your work? 💬 Transforming small ideas into real impact. Seeing a concept move from the lab into production – while making processes safer and more efficient – is incredibly rewarding.
