Today, the Adecco Group published its 2025 Tax Transparency Report. In 2025, we contributed €6.0 billion in taxes globally, bringing our total contribution over the past five years to nearly €30 billion. For us, tax transparency is about more than reporting numbers. Organizational update: Today, The Adecco Group announced a leadership change LHH, the global leader in professional and executive talent solutions. Gaëlle de la Fosse is leaving to pursue new opportunities and Ranjit de Sousa has been appointed as LHH President as a Member of the Group Executive Committee. Denis Machuel, CEO for the Adecco Group said: “We warmly thank Gaelle for the significant impact she has had on LHH and the Group and wish her all the best for what’s to come. “I am pleased to welcome back Ranjit de Sousa who joins. He is a deep expert in the professional talent space and has an impressive track record in driving profitable growth and innovation, with a customer first mindset and deep technological expertise. We posted strong Q1 2026 results today: strong revenue growth, share gains and improved profitability. Adecco Group CEO, Denis Machuel said: “Our strategy combined with rigorous execution delivered a strong start to 2026 and sustained our momentum. Growth and cost discipline are improving profitability. This marks our fourth quarter of growth: at 5.3% year-on-year. We gained another 365 basis points of share, while maintaining healthy gross margins and robust EBITA. “Adecco continues to outperform the market with growth across all regions and double digit increases in Iberia, Nordics, North America, Latin America and Asia. Akkodis is stabilizing revenues and improving profitability. LHH achieved a double digit EBITA margin, driven by strong growth in Career Transition and EZRA. “Our tech agenda advanced with further agentic AI deployments across new markets on our digital platform, lifting fill rates and reducing time to fill, while enhancing the candidate and recruiter experience.” https://bit.ly/4eDlUWR 🌐 #AdeccoGroup #FutureOfWork
