The Tangible. It’s how our work shows up in the real world; real value, created for real people. We’re excited to introduce the first featured theme in our Through the Lens series. Created through WSP’s internal photography competition, Through the Lens showcases the people, places, and projects that reflect the impact we create. The Tangible focuses on bold imagery that brings our projects into view; showcasing their scale, complexity, and purpose. Featured among these images is the contest-winning photo, captured during WSP’s Bike and Hike to Your Roots event in Toronto. It spotlights the Port Lands project, where flood protection, new public spaces, and bridges are helping reconnect downtown to the lake while supporting safer, more accessible movement through the city. From Toronto to Santiago, Pawtucket to Mumbai, these images reflect innovation, collaboration, and care in action. #WeAreWSP #WSPVisioneers

He Ara Kotahi Pathway in Aotearoa New Zealand shows how bridges can do more than connect places; they connect people.     Grounded in Māori design principles, the bridge incorporates respect for the landscape, a fresh integration of the past, present, and future, and a new approach to integrate the city with its surroundings. He Ara Kotahi was delivered through close community partnership with Palmerston North City Council . In its first year, the award‑winning walking and cycling bridge welcomed 600,000 users, quickly becoming a defining feature of Te Papa-i-Oea (Palmerston North).     This is the kind of impact that helped earn WSP the No. 1 ENR ranking in Bridges, a recognition of our multidisciplinary teams delivering technically rigorous solutions shaped by community, culture, and place.  Learn more about the project: https://lnkd.in/enpWA25R #WeAreWSP WSP in New Zealand WSP Transport & Infrastructure

Visioneers that inspire us! Meet Claire Gott MBE FICE. From her early days as a Graduate Engineer to her role as Head of Building Structures for WSP in the UK & Ireland, Claire's career has been shaped by many people.  Having worked across all of our UK business units and into more than 20 different sectors, Claire has found leaders and colleagues willing to share their expertise. Her favourite projects so far include the Alder Hey Hospital, London Bridge Station Redevelopment, HS2, Paddington Square and Defra NBC. Her career evolved from shadowing design managers on major projects to learning the importance of client care from seasoned role models. Today, Claire is dedicated to empowering people to be the best versions of themselves and to creating a working environment where everyone can thrive.
