This month we proudly celebrate Nancy Stafford’s 25th anniversary with Quadra Group, a truly remarkable milestone not only for her, but for our entire Customer Service team. Nancy has dedicated a quarter of a century to supporting our customers in the industrial chemicals sector, with a special focus on the Pulp & Paper division. Her deep expertise, steady commitment, and unwavering professionalism have made her a cornerstone of our customer service operations. Her work has helped build lasting relationships, solve complex challenges, and deliver consistent value to our partners across the industry. Andrew plays a pivotal role as a subject matter expert on our core products and continues to drive value initiatives that help us grow stronger together. His thoughtful guidance and collaborative spirit have helped shape our technical team into one of the best in the business.
