Excellent and speedy tech support.

It was very close to being what my business needed but it was lacking an important function. After explaining this to them, they simply built the function in specifically for me. Can't argue with that level of commitment to their customers.

This system checked all the boxes for us. It’s incredibly easy to use, and if you do happen to hit a snag, their support team is ready to help you through it. I wish we had started using them years ago. I highly recommend them.

Very responsive customer care

as good as they said the software would be

This platform presents itself as being specifically adapted to chambers of commerce, which it is not. It does not support organisation-based membership, it hardly support offline payment, it doesn't allow to modify company profiles in batches (it need to be done individually for every employee of the company), it doesn't prevent individuals to modify the membership type of their companies (which is a problem when you have membership types based on specific criteria), and their online directory doesn't allow to run searches by sectors or other custom fields (which makes it de facto useless). Yet, their sales team will promise you that their platform can do all that. Finally, their onboarding process is a joke, and it takes one month just for the platform to be operational once you have faced issues after issues. I definitively don't recommend their services.

Join-Its support staff were very helpful, friendly and responsive. Our requests were addressed promptly and followed up to make sure that they met our expectations. In this era of automated responses, this was a most welcome experience. Thank you Join-It!

They deliver when they say. They are honest in their responses to question

Provides our basic needs for a VRM/email system. It sets up well and avoids the need for a webpage builder. However, it is a bit stodgy when it comes to customizing things such as membership type displays.

I contacted JoinIt to bring their attention to the unauthorized charges on my acount and they said if I removed my reviews, they would refund just 2 months of the charges - and there were many, many of them. They refused to take action unless I removed the reviews.
