Issues downloading software

I had several issues downloading Microsoft 365 Personal and Alex resolved each issue very professionally. Alex was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions. Alex got my software loaded and got me started using it. Awesome support!

Initial problems quickly resolved

I initially had an activation problem, but Jake F. got everything rectified promptly. I was very impressed by the speed of the response and the quick fix.

Jake was very helpful and getting…

Jake was very helpful and getting Wendell's 11 to work. It wasn't easy, trust me, it wasn't, but he knew how to get it to work correctly and he succeeded and to me a lot like me, you had, sometimes you have to push to get it to work, you have to go beyond what's in front of you to see what's behind you to get it to work correctly, he did, he did a great job and that will make me go back to my choice software and I appreciate it Jake very much and have a great day.

Purchase software from MyChoiceSoftware.com

We reached out to MyChoiceSoftware.com for software purchasing and had a great experience with the support we got from Jake at MyChoiceSoftware. He sent us a quote within a day after we reached out and gave us a great pricing with a volume discount. After we made the purchase, the licenses came via an email immediately and we were able to install the software following the instructions without any glitch. We are very happy with the purchase and would definitely go back to them again in the future for all our software purchases.

Very Impressed with Customer Service

I had several obstacles as I was trying to purchase a Microsoft product, but Jake/Customer Service was great in processing refunds, applying payments to another product, and providing much needed technical advice about compatibility, installation, and features. He walked me through all and any difficulties that I was having and was very well informed regarding the product. The process took less time than I had expected. He was polite and very well spoke. I would recommend his service to anyone!

Windows 10, initial failure to activate resolved by telephone

Jake F. answered my question quickly, my Windows 10 key was not accepted on initial entry, so new software install was not activated. With telephone guidance, Jake walked me through the 'activate by telephone' and within minutes the software was activated. Very friendly demeanor and willing to wait while my screen took time to refresh at many steps in the process. An excellent experience with MyChoiceSoftware after initial failure to activate with the Windows 10 I had purchased online from MyChoiceSoftware.
