Bast offers you a really easy concept. Some parts were not available in the first shipment, we were informed on this before we put in the order. The thermometer that was send in the first shipment did not totally work so after a nice contact with them they have put a new version in the last shipment. It feels like a real flat organisation regarding communication. Super bra!

High quality sauna made to last
It is our second tent sauna. So simple!
So simple! A few minutes to assemble, another 20 minutes to get the heat up to 80 degrees. The Sauna tent feels sturdy and very high quality. I am very happy!

I love my Bast I have it at my cottage by the lake Siljan
10 minutes an 4 pieces of wood and I have 80 degrees C 😀
Last autumn one of the brace was split Today I had a new one
One of the guys helped me through Facetime and showed me how to put the brace in the right place Thanks a lot

Have the sauna since only a month but…
Have the sauna since only a month but so far I am very satisfied with how fast one can build it up and it takes about 30 minutes for it to get up to 80 degrees and I managed to get it up to 100 degrees as well. It doesn’t take much wood for the oven to stay hot. Even in the rain the tent staid dry inside.
I am very happy with this purchase.

I am really very satisfied with the Bast Sauna sauna tent. The build quality is excellent and gives a very durable impression. What impressed me most is that the tent can easily be heated to over 100°C – it truly delivers an authentic sauna experience that you wouldn’t normally expect from a portable setup.

Couples that sauna together stay together
Really happy to give this review. We bought the Näver basic sauna tent a few weeks ago. The tent has really exceeded our expectations from assembly, to the quality of the material of both the tent and bastu stove. The stove can easily fit 40cm logs without problems & pouring water on the stones really kicks up the temperature for sauna pros!
If you like camping this is a great tent option too, just velcro on a mosquito door and voila!
The team at Bastu Sauna have top class customer support and were super friendly and efficient with all our questions (thank you fredrik). Can only highly recommend! :)

Über die Website konnte ich direkt mit einem Mitarbeiter (Hugo) im Live-Chat Kontakt aufnehmen, und ich war wirklich begeistert vom Kundenservice: unglaublich hilfsbereit, freundlich und lösungsorientiert.
So eine positive Erfahrung mit dem Kundenservice macht man heutzutage nicht oft. Das Problem wurde schnell und unkompliziert geklärt. Genau deshalb habe ich mich entschieden, diese Bewertung zu schreiben.
Absolut empfehlenswert – fünf Sterne! Ich werde Bas Sauna auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
