📢 Hiring | Logistics Coordinator | Dubai, UAE NGC & CO LLC is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage the end to end import flow of architectural surfaces from our suppliers across Europe, the Far East, and the USA into our Dubai operations. What you'll do: ▪️ Coordinate orders and shipments with suppliers across Europe, China, Japan, the USA, and other key markets ▪️ Manage the full import cycle: order confirmation, production tracking, shipment booking, documentation, customs clearance, and final delivery ▪️ Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and custom brokers ▪️ Handle all shipping documentation commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, UAE customs paperwork ▪️ Track shipments and proactively communicate ETA's and delays ▪️ Optimise shipping modes (sea, air, LCL/FCL) based on urgency and cost ▪️ Maintain accurate records of landed costs, duties, and shipping expenses ▪️ Resolve discrepancies, damages, and claims with suppliers and forwarders What we're looking for: ▪️ 2-5 years' experience in international logistics or import coordination in the UAE ▪️ Hands on experience with imports from Europe, the Far East, and the USA ▪️ Strong knowledge of Incoterms, letters of credit, and UAE customs procedures ▪️ Experience with Dubai Customs, Jebel Ali, and the Dubai Trade portal ▪️ Solid understanding of freight forwarding, sea and air shipping, and consolidation ▪️Strong excel and ERP skills; Salesforce experience is a plus ▪️Currently in the UAE with valid visa status and able to join immediately.
