Today, I had a chance to share the insightful discussions with many industry leaders about the future of Korea's mobility market amid advancing autonomous driving tech. "Era of Mindset Shift" 🖊️ The AI Blind Faith Trap A common pattern in AI discussions is unconditional faith in AI itself—without clear purpose or direction. The AI era is inevitable destiny, yet the real issue is the prevailing mindset that dismisses all legacy systems as obsolete and chases only "ALL NEW ONE" instead of innovating and upgrading what's already there. 🖊️ Rediscovering Legacy Markets That's why we must revisit industries dismissively labeled as "red ocean," "legacy," or "offline." 🖊️ Why? - Fierce competition + fragmented players → Proof that money is already flowing (where crowds gather, there's real value to capture) - Prime for AI-driven efficiency gains - Moat-builders can achieve scale economies and dominate → Land of opportunity In the AI era, rearming existing assets feels like the more realistic, high-win-rate strategy, doesn't it?

SoftBank just pulled off the most unreal move of 2026 - and it tells you everything about where the AI race is really heading 🤖🤖🤖🏭 Masayoshi Son (founder, chairman, and CEO of SoftBank Group) isn’t building another model. He’s not chasing another foundation model lab. He’s going after the bottleneck itself: the physical ability to build compute at the speed the world now demands. RozeAI, SoftBank’s new robotics + AI infra company - is designed to automate data‑centre construction using autonomous robots, industrial automation, and SoftBank’s energy + infra stack. And the ambition is outrageous: 🚀$100B valuation. IPO-ready by late 2026. Not a startup... a sovereign‑scale infrastructure play. This is the next phase of the AI arms race: Not who trains the smartest model… …but who can physically build the compute layer fast enough to keep up with model scaling curves. Robots building data centres to power robots that train robots 🤖🤖🤖 The recursion loop just went hyper industrial. For anyone in AI, infra, or enterprise tech: this is the story to watch. Because if SoftBank can automate the build‑out of compute, the entire competitive landscape resets overnight. #AIInfrastructure #SoftBank #DataCenters #Robotics #AIAcceleration Mark Standen Aaron M Keep Tamsin H Matthew Cook Olivier Gomez - OG Pete Hill Mark Richman Dean Fletcher CUDO Compute CUDO Ventures Wayne Butterfield Piers Linney MBE Endrit Restelica Dave Jenkins George McKenna Clairo James Faure AI Insiders Google DeepMind Microsoft AI Microsoft AI Innovators Hub Amazon Web Services (AWS) AI Now Institute Evolving AI The AI Collective The AI Collective: Europe BBC News CNN Fox News Media Fox News TV The Rundown AI Artificial Intelligence

The Paradox of the "Expensive" AI Worker 🤖💡 We often hear that AI is the ultimate cost-cutting tool, but the reality is more nuanced. Recent insights from NVIDIA leadership highlight a surprising shift: the massive compute costs required to run advanced AI models are now, in many cases, exceeding the cost of human talent. This creates a strange paradox. While AI is driving efficiency, the "infrastructure bill" is becoming the new overhead. It begs the question: If AI is becoming more expensive to maintain than the human insight it replaces, where do we find the true equilibrium? The future isn't about AI replacing humans—it’s about the economic realization that human intuition, creativity, and discernment are becoming more valuable, not less. 📈 How is your organization balancing tech infrastructure costs with talent investment? Let’s discuss below. 👇 #DigitalIndia #IndianTech #MakeInIndia #IndiaAI #WorkforceIndia #JalandharTech #NASSCOM #IndianStartups #AI #FutureOfWork #NVIDIA #ArtificialIntelligence #Leadership #TechEconomics #Innovation #GenerativeAI #Management #Strategy

I don’t think enough people realize what’s happening right now with AI infrastructure. A few years ago, most conversations around AI were about chatbots and productivity tools. Now? The conversation has shifted to: AI factories, physical AI, robotics, autonomous systems, massive GPU infrastructure, and global-scale compute power. And honestly… it feels like we’re entering a completely different era of technology. Watching companies like NVIDIA push deeper into AI infrastructure and robotics makes me wonder if we’re underestimating how much the next wave of AI could impact the workforce itself. Not just software jobs. But operations. Security. Compliance. Manufacturing. Infrastructure. Even leadership roles. Because the more dependent companies become on AI systems and automated decision-making… the more critical trust, governance, and security become. And I don’t think organizations are fully prepared for that conversation yet. Part of me is excited by how fast innovation is moving. Another part of me wonders if society is moving faster than people can realistically adapt to. Curious what others think: Are we entering the most transformative technology shift since the internet… or are we overestimating how quickly AI will change the real world?

A strange thing is happening in the AI world right now. The smarter our AI becomes… the more infrastructure the world quietly needs to support it. Every prompt. Every AI-generated image. Every automated workflow. Behind all of it are massive data centers, GPUs running continuously, cooling systems, and growing energy demand. But almost nobody talks about that side of AI. We talk about: Faster models Better outputs New AI startups Billion-dollar valuations Meanwhile, the real question is slowly becoming: Can the world sustain the scale of AI we’re rushing toward? Because the future of AI may not be decided only by intelligence. It may be decided by: Energy efficiency Infrastructure sustainability Responsible computing And how intelligently we use AI itself The next breakthrough in AI might not be a smarter model. It might be a more sustainable one. And I think most people still haven’t realized that yet. #ai #sustainability #cleantech #responsibleai #futuretech #greentech #artificialintelligence #digitaltransformation

The AI race is not just about models, it is a slugfest between players on who can build and operate systems at scale. AI is becoming infrastructure-driven. Building AI today is about software and models yes; it is also about operating an industrial system. Behind every “AI breakthrough” is: - Massive compute clusters - Data centers running at insane scale - Real constraints around power, cooling, and cost This isn’t lightweight anymore; small nimble startups are constrained cause in the AI era you need: - Talent - Distribution - And increasingly… billions in infrastructure The advantage will hence shift from who has the best model to who can run intelligence at scale, reliably, and cheaply That’s why partnerships matter more than ever and compute access and energy is suddenly part of AI strategy. We’re moving from “AI as software” to “AI as a utility” And with that, the moats are changing too: - Compute access - Data center scale - Hardware + software integration - Capital depth All of which are much harder to replicate. The winners in AI will be the ones who can build and operate systems at scale. We’re not just building models anymore. We’re building infrastructure for intelligence. #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #Infrastructure #Innovation #Leadership #Technology #FutureOfWork
