That's CWS Summit Europe 2026 done. One thing came through louder than anything else on our stand: the question leaders are asking has changed. Not "how many people do we need?" but "what outcome are we buying, and how do we know it was delivered effectively?" Headcount is quietly stepping back as the primary metric. Services procurement, and outcome-based engagements are stepping forward. The organisations moving fastest aren't the ones hiring differently. They're the ones approaching work differently.
