We are looking to fill a combination position of Youth Pastor (grades 7-12) and worship leader. This job includes regular teaching, discipleship, and relationship building with a great group of teens. Our youth group is active, and we regularly go to camp, take missions trips, and do other activities. Our youth ministry facilities, including a full-size gym, are very nice and provide a great space for the ministry. Youth ministry will be roughly 60% of the job. This person will also be responsible for leading weekly worship on Sunday morning and providing general oversight for other music, sound, and media ministry leaders. We utilize a worship band each Sunday and use a blended format for worship. We have many great music volunteers who serve faithfully. Worship ministry will be roughly 40% of the job.
