What You'll Do

Doceree is launching a new revenue line in the Agentic AI space redefining how life sciences organisations engage HCPs. As the industry faces increasing pressure to deliver more measurable, outcome-driven engagement, this initiative brings together AI innovation, media intelligence, and real-world behavioural data into a unified ecosystem. By connecting these capabilities, Doceree is strengthening its ability to help pharma brands better understand physician behaviour and deliver more relevant, data-driven engagement across the healthcare landscape.

As Director / Sr Director / VP – Sales (Agentic AI Solutions), you are an entrepreneurial, high-energy commercial leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments where the playbook is still being written. You will be at the forefront of building and scaling a new revenue line – driving new business, forging strategic relationships, and establishing Doceree’s Agentic AI Solutions as a must-have for top global pharma brands. You will own the full revenue lifecycle – relentlessly pursuing and winning new accounts while deepening and expanding relationships within your existing book of business.

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business across pharma manufacturers – consistently opening doors with prospects who have no prior relationship with Doceree
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, negotiations, contracting, and close
  • Develop and deepen strategic, executive-level relationships with senior decision-makers across brand, digital, and commercial teams
  • Once new accounts are won, take ownership of growing them - identifying expansion opportunities across brands, therapeutic areas, and stakeholder groups to maximise long-term revenue
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution, performance, and client satisfaction
  • Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to every engagement – helping to shape GTM approaches, identify whitespace opportunities, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of this nascent but high-growth revenue line
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to refine GTM strategy, messaging, and value propositions for both agency and direct brand audiences
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of new prospects while simultaneously managing and growing an active book of business
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving regulations
  • Drive renewals and long-term account growth by demonstrating clear ROI and commercial impact

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Business Development within pharma, life sciences or healthcare marketing
  • Proven track of both breaking into new accounts and growing existing ones – you are equally comfortable generating new business forms scratch as you are deepening relationships and expanding revenue within established partnerships
  • Demonstrated success closing complex, high-value deals with pharma manufacturers and/or healthcare agencies
  • Established relationships with brand marketing, digital and commercial teams at pharma companies
  • Highly consultative seller with the ability to translate data and insights into compelling commercial narratives for diverse audiences
  • Entrepreneurial and adaptable – you are energised by ambiguity, comfortable building structure where little exists, and motivated by the opportunity to shape something new
  • Strategic, self-directed and results-driven – you thrive in environments where you are expected to build pipeline, close deals, and grow accounts simultaneously
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence owning revenue targets and forecasts
