We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and enhancing overall productivity. Key Objectives Provide efficient administrative support to the team and management. Manage scheduling, correspondence, and task coordination to optimize workflow. Assist with research, data entry, and document preparation as needed. Maintain clear communication and follow-up to ensure timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly. Organize and maintain digital files, records, and databases. Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation. Conduct online research to support projects and decision-making. Support team members with various administrative tasks as required. Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion. Use communication and project management tools to facilitate collaboration.


Requirements

Requirements Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Familiarity with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello) is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience supporting executives or teams remotely is advantageous. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content management is a plus.
