Responsibilities
The Vice President of Operations leads execution of EPC activities, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
This role translates strategy into execution while aligning cross-functional teams and driving operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Lead EPC project execution across solar, EV, and energy storage projects
Provide leadership and mentorship across project and construction teams
Drive operational processes and execution consistency
Coordinate stakeholders and escalate risks
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Experience/Qualifications/Education Required
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field
8–12 years EPC experience with renewable energy projects
4+ years leadership experience
Strong expertise in project delivery, cost control, and subcontractor coordination
Knowledge of BESS, EV infrastructure, and solar construction
The expected starting pay range for this role is $159,000 - $199,000 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels.
