We are currently seeking a full-time Vice President of Client Services!
The Vice President of Client Services is a senior-level individual contributor who owns the strategy, pacing, and execution of our go to-market efforts within a defined region, client base, or portfolio. This role is a true client-facing leader with urgency and edge — someone who combines sharp strategic instincts with the ability to drive complex deals forward quickly and decisively. The Client Service discipline at AMC sits between operations and ownership and supports the conversation in both directions, helping to drive clear and confident execution.
Responsibilities Include
Define and lead pursuit strategy across a region, portfolio, or set of target accounts
Own complex, high-stakes pursuits from start to finish, including lease-ups, turnarounds, and multi-asset portfolios
Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders, including fund managers, developers, and asset owners
Partner closely with operations leaders to ensure alignment between pitch, transition, and long-term execution
Deliver insight-driven narratives and materials that reflect market knowledge and commercial sophistication
Represent the company in high-stakes meetings, panels, and industry events
Serve as a cultural leader within Client Services, setting standards and informally mentoring junior contributors
Shapes and wins meaningful, high-value business with urgency and clarity
Is the go-to person for top-tier pursuits — trusted by leadership, ops, and clients alike
Operates independently and decisively — sets their own pace and delivers results
Strengthens our reputation in the market as the most knowledgeable and responsive team in the business
Multiplies impact through insight, preparation, and strategic gravity
Requirements
6 + years of experience in institutional real estate, client advisory, or operational leadership
Proven ability to win and lead complex, high-value pursuits
Strategic thinker who can cut through noise and make the case for why we win
Executive presence and deep fluency in both investment and operations language
Highly autonomous, but collaborative
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Proficient with Microsoft suite application and other relevant software
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Deep financial literacy; understands how dollars flow through the three financial statements.
Strong understanding of property pricing, positioning, and underwriting.
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Effective leadership and development skills
