Position Summary
The Vice President, Human Resources serves as a key strategic partner to the executive leadership team, responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive people strategy aligned with MarshBerry’s business objectives and growth plans.
This leader will oversee all aspects of the HR function, driving initiatives to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent while building scalable systems and processes to support organizational expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with executive leadership to align human resources strategies with MarshBerry’s long-term business goals
Lead the HR function through periods of transformation, including acquisitions, integration efforts, and international growth
Serve as a trusted advisor on talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, and change management
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing HR team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
Design and implement scalable HR infrastructure, systems, and processes to support continued growth
Oversee and continuously enhance core HR programs, including:
Talent acquisition
Total rewards and compensation
Learning and development
Performance management
Employee engagement
Lead the HR Business Partner function to support leaders in performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational
Development or related degrees. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Human Resources designations such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP are preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive human resources experience, with significant leadership
responsibility.
• Prior experience in professional services, investment banking or financial services
preferred.
• Proven experience leading multiple HR functions (Recruiting, HRBP, L&D, Total
Rewards) with strong HR Generalist and HRBP experience required.
• Strong business acumen with ability to operate as a strategic advisor at the
executive level.
• Proven track record of success in a fast paced, high growth environment.
Other:
• Experience with various HRIS. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
