A growing national B2B solutions company is seeking a Vice President of National, Enterprise Sales to lead strategic account growth across complex, multi-location enterprise customers.


This senior leadership role will be responsible for defining enterprise sales strategy, scaling a high-performing sales team, and driving acquisition and expansion of large national accounts.


The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading complex, long-cycle enterprise sales engagements and building predictable, scalable revenue operations. We are looking for a hunter, farmer and leader to come into a thriving business and scale it according to the market's current transformation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and scale enterprise and strategic account sales initiatives nationally
  • Drive new business and expansion within large, multi-location accounts
  • Build and coach a high-performing Enterprise Sales team
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, deal strategy, and sales execution
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success
  • Develop go-to-market strategies across key verticals and target accounts
  • Lead executive-level customer relationships and complex negotiations


Qualifications:


  • 12+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 5+ years leading enterprise or strategic account sales teams
  • Proven success closing and growing $500K+ ARR enterprise deals
  • Experience managing portfolios in excess of $30M
  • Experience managing large, national accounts and long sales cycles
  • Experience operating within structured sales methodologies such as Target Account Selling
  • Strong background in consultative and value-based selling
  • Expertise in forecasting, pipeline discipline, and sales process optimization
  • Experience engaging executive stakeholders across enterprise organizations
