TEDHair is a global manufacturer and supplier of premium human hair products (bundles, wigs, closures, frontals). Founded 2006, with manufacturing in Asia and 7+ U.S. wholesale centers (LA, Atlanta, Miami, Houston, Chicago, NY). Expanding to 20+ additional stores.

Role Overview

Field-driven B2B sales role focused on new business development + team leadership. Manage a defined territory, generate consistent revenue, and expand market presence through salons, distributors, and local beauty communities. Target monthly revenue :$50K (80% from new biz dev). Existing :$40K base from e-commerce/social channels.

Key Requirements — Must Have

  • Experience with wigs/hair extensions OR professional hair products
  • Ability to build relationships with salons, distributors, offline communities
  • True sales hunter — cold calling, grassroots outreach, hands-on BD
  • NOT a luxury retail / customer-facing role
  • B2B selling to salons and distributors, supporting them in selling to end customers
  • :30% team management (4-5 store staff) if candidate has leadership capability
  • Each location = wholesale store (office + showroom + attached warehouse), not traditional retail


Preferred Background

  • Black beauty or hair industry
  • Beauty supply or salon distribution
  • Vape, convenience retail, or FMCG field sales
  • High-frequency, relationship-driven offline sales


Compensation

$28–$45/hr (:$6,000–$10,000+/month). Performance-based bonuses. $150 holiday bonus per eligible holiday after 2 months. Negotiable based on experience.
