Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of technical and IT-focused positions. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and candidates to identify top talent, manage the interview process, and help drive a positive hiring experience from sourcing through onboarding.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and professional positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and team dynamics
  • Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools
  • Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and culture fit
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Negotiate compensation packages and assist with offer presentation and closing candidates
  • Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices within the technology industry
  • Support employer branding initiatives and help create a positive candidate experience


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within technical, IT, engineering, or professional staffing environments
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting for roles such as software engineers, systems administrators, network engineers, help desk professionals, DevOps engineers, cybersecurity professionals, or similar technical positions
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally with hiring managers and internal teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting within IT infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, or cloud environments
  • Familiarity with technical terminology and modern technology stacks
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
