Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Onsite – Redmond, WA


Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Lead design & development of complex software systems
  • Define architecture, frameworks, and best practices
  • Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and security
  • Conduct code reviews and manage technical risks

Team Management

  • Mentor engineers and support growth
  • Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery
  • Support hiring and conduct technical interviews

Project Execution

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Convert business requirements into technical solutions
  • Drive automation runs and analyze results
  • Track and manage defects from regression testing

Process & Quality

  • Improve development and delivery processes
  • Ensure documentation and knowledge sharing
  • Support QA for reliable and scalable solutions

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as liaison between technical and business teams
  • Provide updates on status, risks, and mitigation
  • Contribute to strategic and technical decisions


Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience leading software development projects
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and engineering best practices
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with automation execution, reporting, and defect tracking
