Tax Manager – Hospitality / Private Client Services (PCS)

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.) | Supporting Atlanta, GA

A Top 15 National CPA Firm is continuing to grow its Hospitality and Private Client Services (PCS) practice and is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its high‑performing team. This fully remote role supports the firm’s Atlanta office while offering flexibility, autonomy, and strong collaboration across a nationally recognized PCS platform.


In this role, you’ll work with a sophisticated client base spanning hospitality groups, family offices, and ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, providing complex tax compliance and strategic planning solutions tailored to business, individual, and multi‑generational needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and review tax compliance for flow‑through entities and high‑net‑worth individuals
  • Deliver proactive tax planning and advisory services to hospitality and private clients
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Mentor and develop staff while overseeing workflow, deadlines, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with partners and senior leadership on complex engagements and client strategies


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of public accounting experience
  • Hospitality tax experience preferred, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Active CPA required
  • Strong background in flow‑through entities and individual taxation
  • Experience with CCH Axcess and Engagement preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client‑facing skills


Compensation & Benefits
