We are seeking a hands-on Systems & Network Support Engineer to support a fast-paced technology environment in State College, PA. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining office-wide infrastructure, network reliability, workstation support, and overall IT operations for a collaborative software development organization.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, service-oriented IT professional who thrives in a dynamic onsite environment and can effectively balance infrastructure support, troubleshooting, security, and end-user technical assistance. This role requires someone who is highly adaptable and capable of independently managing office systems, networking, workstation support, and day-to-day operational technology needs in a fast-paced setting.

Strong candidates will have a background in systems administration, infrastructure support, network support, or IT operations, with recent, practical experience in modern enterprise environments rather than legacy or mainframe-focused systems.

Required Technical Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the office’s wired Ethernet and wireless networking infrastructure
• Ensure availability, reliability, and security of internal systems and office technology
• Administer Google Workspace services, including Gmail, Google Voice, and related tools
• Manage workstation deployment, imaging, setup, and troubleshooting
• Provide onsite technical support for employees and office systems
• Monitor and strengthen network and endpoint security posture
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, connectivity, and hardware issues in a timely manner
• Support day-to-day IT operations and respond to urgent technical issues as needed

The hourly rate for this position is $36.13.
