This is a full-time, on-site role located in Waller, TX, for a Supervisor, Engineering 2. In this role, you will oversee engineering projects, manage the day-to-day performance of your team, and ensure project timelines and budgetary expectations are met. Key responsibilities include supervising engineering team operations, overseeing maintenance and repair activities, managing construction and engineering processes, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. You will collaborate across departments to achieve engineering and organizational goals.

• Experience in Supervisory Skills and Engineering Management to lead and mentor engineering teams effectively
• Proficiency in Project Management to oversee timelines, budgets, and successful completion of engineering projects
• Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair with a focus on ensuring operational efficiency of equipment and systems
• Knowledge of Construction processes and engineering practices
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience in the HVAC or related industry is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
