Role: Talent Sourcer (Semiconductor)
Location: Austin, TX
Type: Contract
Duration: 6 Months with possible extension
Rate: $65/hr -$70/hr on W2
- 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with 2+ years supporting semiconductor R&D, hardware engineering, or related technical roles.
- Proven experience sourcing for GPU, SoC, Architecture, RTL, Design Verification, Physical Design, or related silicon engineering functions.
- Demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive talent in competitive semiconductor markets.
- Advanced expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, and market research.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor talent landscapes and key competitors.
