Base pay range
Solutions Architect (Series A AI Infrastructure Start-Up)
$150,000 – $175,000 + $50,000 – $75,000 Bonus + Equity + Benefits + PTO

Are you an engineer who loves solving complex, real-world problems directly with customers? Do you want to work hands-on with cutting-edge AI infrastructure used by developers and enterprises around the world, whilst utilising both your technical and client-facing skillsets?
This is a rare opportunity to join a profitable, fast-growing AI startup at the heart of the LLM ecosystem. The team is building critical infrastructure that sits in the request path of how engineering teams at some of the world's largest companies deploy and manage AI in production, with tens of thousands of GitHub stars and strong enterprise adoption across some of the biggest tech companies/Fortune 500s and fast-growing start-ups alike.
Founded in 2023 and nearing $10M ARR, the company is looking for a Solutions Architect to own the technical relationship with key customers across pre and post-sales. You'll conduct demos, tackle complex architecture challenges, and ensure customers extract maximum value from the platform, while feeding real-world insights directly back into the product roadmap.
You'll operate as the bridge between AI innovation and client requirements, working closely with both customer engineering teams and internal product and engineering. Expect deep technical ownership, high customer-facing impact, and the chance to help define how the world's largest companies manage AI infrastructure at scale.

The Role
- Design, implement, and optimize solutions for customers across pre-sales and post-sales capacities
- Collaborate with customers to identify business needs and tailor product integrations to their environments
- Partner closely with engineering and product teams to drive the roadmap and deliver mission-critical features
- Serve as the technical and domain expert, bridging the gap between AI innovation and client requirements
- Build and document best practices and solution templates for rapid customer deployment
The Person
- 1+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or related roles at high-growth startups or tech companies
- Strong experience working with a developer audience and selling a technical product
- Solid technical background - Python and AI/ML product experience highly preferred
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to operate with autonomy in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
