We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our Securities Finance Principal Trading team. This role is located in New York, NY.

The Senior Vice President will support the principal business with specific product coverage across the FICC Repo and Secured Loan Repo book, providing senior execution leadership, business oversight, cross-functional coordination, and support for key business priorities. The role requires strong commercial awareness, disciplined execution, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate effectively across a complex, high-accountability environment.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provide senior support and coverage across FICC and Secured Loan-related business activity.
  • Drive execution of key business priorities, initiatives, and deliverables.
  • Partner across business, risk, control, operations, finance, technology, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Help identify, escalate, and track business issues, dependencies, and risks.
  • Support management routines, business reviews, and prioritization across the covered books.
  • Contribute to process discipline, operating efficiency, and business resiliency.
  • Ensure high-quality coordination, communication, and follow-through across stakeholders.
  • Support strategic initiatives and change activity relevant to the covered business area.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education.
  • 7 – 10 years of total work experience, including relevant repo experience supporting complex financial services businesses and/or markets-related activity. Experience relevant to FICC repo, secured financing or secured loan repo-related business activity is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, stakeholder coordination, and execution management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Sound judgment and ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
