Based in Southbridge, MA, Savers Bank has modern facilities with the latest technology to support new innovations in banking. With approximately $800 million in assets, the Bank operates branches in Auburn, Charlton, Grafton, Southbridge, Sturbridge, and Uxbridge.

This is an exciting opportunity to serve as an integral member of Executive Leadership. Key priorities include:

• Reporting directly to the President & CEO, develop and execute human capital strategy in alignment with the Bank’s strategic plan.
• Oversee all aspects of human resources including talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational development, compliance, and HR fiscal management.
• Operate as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on leader, ensuring regulatory compliance while building a high-performing, customer-focused workforce within a community bank environment.

The successful candidate will bring:

• A minimum of ten years of human resources experience including recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, compliance, metrics, and/or retention/succession planning (or equivalent).
• Experience in banking strongly preferred (community bank experience ideal).
• Demonstrated experience working with executive leadership and/or board of directors/committees, with strong change management leadership to support growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Human Resources Certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent) are desired.
