Accountabilities
Lead and manage regional sales activities across assigned territories, driving revenue growth within existing and new customer accounts.
Supervise and mentor a team of Field Sales Engineers and Field Application Engineers to maximize performance and customer engagement.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders to strengthen long-term business partnerships.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives, market opportunities, and customer needs.
Oversee contract negotiations, program coordination, and account expansion initiatives.
Collaborate with internal business units and technical teams to support product positioning, roadmap discussions, and customer success initiatives.
Analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance metrics to support decision-making and territory planning.
Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales talent while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
Ensure excellent customer service and effective issue resolution across all stages of the sales process.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience in semiconductor or technology product sales with a strong track record of achieving business growth.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing sales or technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and engage effectively with executives and decision-makers.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting sales data and market trends.
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to travel as required to support regional business objectives and customer engagement.
Knowledge of regional customers, distribution channels, and market dynamics is highly preferred.
Experience recruiting and developing sales professionals is considered a strong advantage.
