We are seeking a senior-level Program Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. This role is responsible for aligning program strategy to enterprise objectives, establishing strong governance, and ensuring disciplined execution from planning through benefits realization. The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing large-scale programs in complex environments and can confidently engage executive stakeholders while driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Align program goals with organizational strategic objectives and define a clear program vision, roadmap, and measurable business outcomes.
Lead and coordinate multiple project managers and cross-functional workstreams across technology, finance, communications, and business teams.
Drive end-to-end program and project planning, execution, and delivery, including risk identification, issue resolution, and weekly status reporting.
Establish and maintain program governance structures, including meeting cadence, reporting standards, approvals, dashboards, KPIs, and compliance controls.
Manage stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, and develop executive-ready communications, presentations, and status updates.
Identify and manage cross-project risks, issues, and interdependencies, developing mitigation plans and escalating as appropriate to maintain momentum.
Oversee program financials, including budget tracking, resource allocation, cost-benefit analysis, and financial performance reporting.
Lead communication and change management efforts, including development of communication strategies, training plans, and rollout approaches to support adoption.
Ensure successful delivery and long-term value realization by measuring outcomes and transitioning solutions to operational teams after implementation.
Utilize and adapt to enterprise tools such as Workday and Workfront (Adobe) to support planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
Required Skills:
12+ years of experience leading complex programs and driving operational excellence through structured project and program management practices.
Demonstrated ability to align initiatives to strategic objectives and translate vision into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Proven experience managing multiple project managers and coordinating cross-functional initiatives in complex organizational environments.
Strong expertise in risk, issue, dependency, and financial management across large-scale programs.
Experience establishing program governance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting processes.
Advanced leadership, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Knowledge of program and project management methodologies, with PMP, PgMP, or related certification and familiarity with PMI program management standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in complex, highly visible environments.
Preferred Skills:
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to enterprise platforms such as Workday and Workfront (Adobe).
Additional familiarity with PMI program management standards and enterprise-level governance practices.
