Senior Executive Recruiter - Specializing in Accounting & Finance, Office & Administration, and Legal
We are seeking an experienced HR leader to serve as a key partner to senior leadership, overseeing employee relations, talent management, and day-to-day HR operations for a growing organization. This is a highly visible, hands-on role supporting a multi-state workforce.
This position will act as a trusted second-in-command to HR leadership, driving execution, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic HR initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day HR operations, ensuring consistent execution of policies, processes, and employee support
Oversee complex employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution
Partner with leadership to execute talent acquisition and retention strategies aligned with business needs
Manage and develop HR team members, establishing clear priorities, accountability, and performance standards
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states
Support and enhance HR programs including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement
Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
Utilize HR data and metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
12+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility
Strong background in employee relations, compliance, and HR operations
Experience supporting multi-state organizations
Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience in a regulated industry such as manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare preferred
Professional certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred
