Senior Financial Analyst

Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will perform reporting and analysis to support financial planning and reporting requirements. The Senior Financial Analyst will participate in budgeting and partnering with the business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Preparing weekly and monthly reporting packages which include revenue analysis, labor analysis, variance analysis, and other operational performance reports.
• Prepare and take ownership of aspects of the monthly and annual forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models & templates to support company requirements
• Partner with the Engineering and Supply Chain functions to validate and track productivity initiatives.
• Develop relationships with department heads to improve forecasting and cost ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and 1 - 3 years of experience of financial analysis experience.
• Previous role in Finance or Accounting for a manufacturing company.
• Experience in financial forecasting and financial modeling.
