Senior Engineering Project Manager
Location: Elizabethville, PA (on-site)
Salary: $120,000-140,000 with bonus
Position Summary
We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead high-impact manufacturing and engineering initiatives across multiple sites. This role owns projects from concept through launch, driving capacity expansion, automation, new product introduction, and process improvements that directly impact safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution
Lead complex, cross-functional engineering projects with full ownership of scope, schedule, cost, and outcomes
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
Drive execution from feasibility through installation, commissioning, and production ramp-up
Manufacturing & Engineering Initiatives
Support capacity expansion, automation, equipment installation, and process optimization
Lead plant expansions, new site launches, and line transfers
Design and implement efficient layouts and scalable manufacturing processes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Finance to deliver results
Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans aligned with plant operations
Provide hands-on leadership during critical execution phases
Continuous Improvement
Apply Lean and continuous improvement principles to increase throughput and efficiency
Standardize best practices across sites to improve repeatability and performance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related)
8+ years leading engineering or manufacturing projects in industrial environments
Proven experience with capital projects, automation, and production ramp-ups
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and facility layouts
Experience working across multiple sites and leading cross-functional teams
Background in fabricated products, fenestration, or similar industries is a plus
PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma experience preferred
Work Environment & Travel
Primarily onsite in a manufacturing setting with regular plant floor involvement
Travel required based on project needs (20%)
