A growing electrical equipment manufacturer is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the design and development of low voltage power distribution systems and integrated electrical equipment.
Qualifications
4+ years of LOW VOLTAGE electrical engineering experience
Experience with switchgear, switchboards, MCCs, panelboards, or control systems
Prior manufacturing experience
Knowledge of NEC, UL, NEMA, IEEE, ANSI, and IEC standards
Experience with electrical schematics, one-lines, and BOM development
Previous management experience is a plus
Responsibilities
Design and develop electrical drawings and documentation for low voltage power distribution systems
Manage a team of 6 designers and mentor junior engineers
Support projects involving switchgear, switchboards, MCCs, panelboards, control panels, and integrated electrical systems
Create and review single-line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs
Additional Details
Salary range: $120k - $160k+
Onsite position, 5 days a week in Houston, TX
