Senior Director / Division Manager – National Electrical Rollouts

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Electrical Projects to lead large-scale national rollout programs and special projects for multi-site retail and commercial clients. This role oversees the full lifecycle of project execution, from budgeting and staffing to vendor management and field performance.

The ideal candidate is an operational powerhouse with deep expertise in electrical construction and the ability to manage high-volume national account programs spanning thousands of locations across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, financial forecasting, and the supervision of department managers.
• Program Management: Direct large-scale rollout programs involving new installations, remodels, lighting controls, and power distribution.
• Strategic Growth: Establish performance metrics and strategic initiatives to drive efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate and manage subcontractor relationships and project contracts to ensure nationwide coverage.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with NEC and OSHA standards.
• Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence by providing professional development and leadership to project teams and field personnel.

Qualifications

• Experience: 15+ years in electrical construction, national account management, and multi-site rollout operations.
• Proven Track Record: Success in managing electrical projects across hundreds or thousands of locations simultaneously.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in electrical systems, lighting controls, and service/maintenance operations.
• Financial Acumen: Expert-level skills in budgeting, P&L management, and operational performance analysis.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams of managers and subcontractors in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Certifications: PMP, Licensed Master Electrician, or Electrical Engineering degree is highly preferred.
