About the Opportunity:

• This is a senior leadership role responsible for leading and modernizing a large-scale physician billing operation. The position owns end-to-end RCM performance, including billing, coding, AR, denials, and client relationships.
• The focus of the role is driving operational transformation through KPI implementation, process improvement, operational efficiency, and building a more structured, data-driven delivery model.
• This individual will serve as the site leader for a major delivery center supporting enterprise health systems and academic medical centers while partnering closely with global teams.
