🚀 Hogan Lovells is hiring a Senior Associate Recruitment Coordinator in Denver!

You’ll serve as a key partner to the Recruitment Manager (Western Region), Denver office leadership, and the broader U.S. Attorney Talent team to ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience:
• Managing recruiting for associates, judicial clerks, laterals, patent agents, and summer associates
• Overseeing interview scheduling, candidate communications, and end‑to‑end logistics
• Supporting law school recruiting, OCI, job fairs, and career services relationships
• Coordinating Denver’s summer associate program—assignments, evaluations, events, and day‑to‑day support
• Leading onboarding for new attorney hires and ensuring a smooth integration
• Maintaining recruiting data, reports, metrics, and systems (ATS, law school platforms, etc.)
• Supporting process improvements, special projects, and mentoring junior team members

What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of legal or campus recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services environment
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• A master multitasker with exceptional attention to detail
• Someone who communicates with polish and professionalism at all levels
• Experience with recruiting systems (Symplicity required; viRecruit, LawCruit, FloRecruit, Workday preferred)
• A proactive, independent operator who can manage competing priorities with ease
