Safety and Risk Solutions Engineer
Location:Onsite or Hybrid, Sunrise, Florida or Dallas, TX
Rhythm Innovations is redefining how safety-critical organizations manage risk, reduce serious injuries and fatalities (SIFs), and align with insurers. We combine predictive analytics, AI, and real-time data integration into a powerful Risk Command Center that helps companies take control of their safety and compliance landscape.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and technically savvy Safety and Risk Solutions Engineer/ Solutions Architect to support our growing sales and customer engagement efforts. This role is instrumental in demonstrating the value of Rhythm’s platform to prospective customers, translating complex risk and safety workflows into compelling product narratives, and ensuring technical alignment throughout the sales cycle.
You'll work closely with enterprise clients, sales leaders, product managers, and industry stakeholders to drive adoption of Rhythm’s platform through demos, webinars, workshops, and trade shows.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Product Demonstrations
Deliver tailored, high-impact demos to safety, risk, EHS, Fleet, Logistics and insurance personas that showcase the value of Rhythm’s solutions.
Sales Support
Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle—providing technical validation, solution mapping, proposal writing, and responding to RFPs and security reviews.
Customer Discovery & Solutioning
Engage deeply with prospective customers to understand their workflows, data sources, pain points, and design solution approaches using Rhythm’s capabilities.
Webinars & Industry Events
Participate as a technical expert and product evangelist in webinars, trade shows, and customer roundtables.
Prototype & Configure
Build proof-of-concept environments, light configurations, or sandbox experiences to validate product fit and accelerate buying decisions.
Feedback Loop
Capture voice-of-customer insights to inform product roadmap, marketing, sales enablement, and implementation planning.
Requirements
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a safety and risk Solution Engineering / Sales Engineering / Solutions Architect role at a SaaS or software company
2+ years exposure to enterprise risk, EHS, Logistics, Fleet, Claims, and/or Operations a plus
Exceptional communication and presentation skills—comfortable speaking to both technical and executive audiences
Ability to translate business problems into product-driven solutions
Experience with Salesforce is preferred, especially in the context of AppExchange products
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with cross-functional collaboration
Experience maintaining demo environment and collaborating with product a plus
Bachelor’s degree is required.
