Physical AI Engineering Senior Consultant (Associate Director)
The Opportunity
As a Physical AI R&D Senior Consultant in Physical AI (PhAI) Lab, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of Physical AI initiatives. You will leverage your extensive experience to provide high-level guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams, enabling the successful integration of advanced technologies in robotics and AI applications. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how organizations harness the power of Physical AI, driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and guiding teams in the delivery of Physical AI solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Drive strategic planning and execution for Physical AI initiatives, ensuring alignment between technology solutions and stakeholder business objectives.
• Provide expert technical guidance on best practices for integrating software and hardware components within Physical AI applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and enhance AI and robotics solutions.
• Lead client showcases and strategy sessions to demonstrate Physical AI capabilities and value.
• Engage with stakeholders and clients to understand business needs, delivering strategic insights and actionable recommendations for successful Physical AI adoption.
• Develop thought leadership content, including white papers and case studies, to highlight best practices and innovative approaches in Physical AI.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

• A deep understanding and/or hands on experience of emerging technologies in AI and robotics, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey strategic insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Proven experience in project management, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives and lead timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and team members, fostering collaboration and trust.
Minimum Skillsets:
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Robotics or Mechatronics
• Familiarity with NVIDIA platforms such as Omniverse, Isaac, and Cosmo.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey findings, recommendations, and opportunities for improvement to stakeholders and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to guide project direction and support alignment with stakeholder objectives.
• Experience in engaging with stakeholders at a strategic level, providing insights and recommendations that align with their business goals and operational needs.
• Familiarity with data management and analysis tools, as well as experience in leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and optimize project outcomes.
Preferred Skillsets:
• An advanced degree (master’s or Ph.D.) in a STEM-related field, such as Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of AI and robotics technologies, including awareness of emerging trends and best practices across industries.
• Strong familiarity and hands-on experience with NVIDIA platforms such as Omniverse, Isaac, and Cosmo.
• Excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing technology strategies that drive business value and innovation, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that leverage advanced technologies in AI and robotics.
