Mason & Blair, LLC. A premier Accounting and Finance search firm in the Bay area, has teamed with a great biotech client of ours on a search for a Revenue Accounting Manager role.This role is hybrid in Redwood City.
Responsibilities
Review Sales Contracts.
Collaborate with Accounting and Sales Operations.
Maintain and Balance Accounts: Verify, allocate, post, reconcile transactions, and resolve any discrepancies to maintain accurate and balanced accounts.
Provide Expert Guidance on Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) guidance, particularly for complex contracts and transactions.
Participate in Close Process.
Prepare Customer/GPO Rebate Reporting.
Drive continuous improvement in business processes and systems, enhancing documentation and controls to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
Ad Hoc Projects: Undertake ad hoc projects and fulfill requests as needed to support
Requirements
Minimum of 7+ years of experience dealing with revenue accounting, and GL work.
Medical or Biotech industry experience preferred
Strong aptitude and proficiency in Excel
Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
