About the Role

Glamnetic is looking for a highly organized and driven Account Manager to support and grow our business with retail partners on domestic and international accounts. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to learn the fundamentals of retail account management within a fast-paced beauty brand. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and creative teams to ensure strong execution and support growth across accounts.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day management of assigned retail accounts
  • Assist in coordinating product launches, including timelines, assets, and retailer requirements
  • Track and report on sales performance, inventory levels, and key business metrics
  • Help manage retailer communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and on-time execution of orders, marketing assets, and launches
  • Support assortment updates, SKU setup, and ongoing maintenance across accounts
  • Monitor competitive activity and provide insights on trends and opportunities
  • Assist in preparing presentations and materials for buyer meetings and line reviews


Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, account management, retail, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in beauty, retail, and consumer products
