Key Responsibilities:
* Execute HTS and plate-based screening workflows
* Operate and troubleshoot liquid handling automation systems
* Support sample preparation and data management workflows
* Collaborate across fermentation, analytics, and research teams
* Maintain SOPs, instrumentation, and lab organization

Must-Haves:
* BS/MS in Biology, Chemistry, Bioengineering, or related field
* Experience with automation or liquid handling platforms
