Research Assistant

CorDynamics, Inc. is a contract research organization dedicated to providing comprehensive cardiovascular discovery, toxicology and safety pharmacology studies. Our dedicated scientists conduct state-of-the art studies to assist biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients in lead compound optimization, drug discovery, and drug safety. The Research Assistant will be primarily responsible for conducting in vivo small and large species procedures and study management, as well as collecting and analyzing data from these examinations.

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility for this position is to generate high-quality data from small and large species in vivo procedures, focusing on the conduct of cardiovascular safety pharmacology, toxicology, and drug discovery studies. Previous in vivo experience is desired, as well as desire to conduct novel procedures as well as established models within cardiovascular research.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Attention to accuracy and detail
• B.S. in biology, or veterinary technician degree preferred, relevant experience will be considered.
