Relocation Specialist

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Relocation professional to join our client in USA.

We are looking for a professional with experience as a Relocation Specialist, managing the end-to-end coordination of services for corporate clients.

In this role, you will be working closely with internal teams, relocation providers and external corporate clients to coordinate Corporate Housing services and bookings.

This role offers full-time remote working and has a fixed salary of $55,000 USD.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries via phone and email regarding corporate housing requirements
• Follow up sales leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Gather required documentation and prepare client contracts
• Manage the full sales process, including pricing, budgeting and quotations
• Develop new client relationships and maintain existing accounts
• Collaborate with operations and accounting teams to ensure smooth booking handovers
• Produce weekly sales and lead tracking reports
• Contribute ideas to improve sales performance and conversion rates
• Maintain an annual KPI-driven development plan
• Maximise quote volume and quality to support business growth
• Build strong client relationships to increase long-term value
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while continuously improving performance

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in the relocation, corporate housing or destination services sector is essential.
• A customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills.
• Excellent multitasking ability and a keen eye for detail.
• Commercial awareness and financial understanding.
• Advanced IT skills, including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
