Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales within a designated territory, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include meeting revenue targets, crafting strategic sales plans, conducting market research, and addressing client needs. Collaboration with internal teams, delivering presentations, and providing regular sales reports are essential components of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Relationship management and customer service skills, including the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships
• Market research and analysis capabilities to identify trends and opportunities
• Strategic planning and goal-setting expertise to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
• Experience in the food distribution industry or a related field is highly desirable
