The Receptionist serves as the face of our community and is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression for all residents, families, and guests. This role plays a key part in shaping the overall experience of our community by ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels valued, respected, and cared for.
This is a hospitality-focused role within an independent living community. We do not provide hands-on medical or personal care to residents—our focus is on lifestyle, service, and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet residents, guests, and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and kindness
Answer phones and assist with inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner
Ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
Support a positive, hospitality-driven environment for residents and guests
Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed
Overnight Shift Responsibilities (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
Perform routine security walkthroughs throughout the community
Ensure a safe, calm, and secure environment overnight
Respond to resident requests in a timely and professional manner
Complete light cleaning, organizing, and support tasks as assigned
Qualifications
