Real Estate Coordinator

We are a fast-paced, top-producing real estate team in Henderson/Las Vegas looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented team member to help support our growing business.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, can manage multiple tasks at once, communicates professionally with clients, and can jump in to help wherever needed.

Real estate experience is strongly preferred. A Nevada real estate license is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting with listing and transaction coordination

Managing paperwork and timelines through SkySlope and MLS Transaction Desk

Communicating with clients, escrow, lenders, agents, and vendors

Helping maintain organization for a high-volume real estate team

Assisting with marketing tasks and listing promotion

Creating and editing marketing materials in Canva

Posting and scheduling social media content and listing updates

Assisting with YouTube/video marketing tasks

Supporting licensed assistants and team leadership with day-to-day operations

Handling administrative tasks and follow-up in a timely manner

Helping ensure listings and transactions stay on schedule

Qualifications:

Experience in real estate administration, transaction coordination, or real estate operations preferred

Experience with SkySlope, MLS systems, and Transaction Desk REQUIRED

Canva experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Extremely organized and detail-oriented

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment

Self-starter with strong follow-through

Professional and positive attitude

Tech-savvy and quick learner

Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
