The Role: Real Estate Sales Specialist
We are looking for both new and experienced agents who are ready to stop wearing every hat and start focusing on what they do best: serving clients and closing deals. As a member of HomeTeam4u, you are backed by a full marketing team, administrative support, a transaction coordinator, a listing coordinator, and an ISA department.
Responsibilities
Client Connection: Master the art of the follow-up and build lasting relationships using our provided leads.
Market Mastery: Utilize our "Tech Mastery" tools (Follow Up Boss, Sisu, Skyslope) to manage your pipeline with precision.
Consultative Sales: Guide buyers and sellers through the complex real estate process with the "Clarity, Strategy, and Support" our brand is known for.
Continuous Growth: Participate in role-play practice, personal coaching, mentorship, and advanced training to keep your skills at the top of the industry.
Collaboration: Contribute to our supportive, team-oriented culture and participate in team-building events and client appreciation functions.
Qualifications

Work Ethic: You must have an extreme work ethic and a commitment to "doing all the things" for your clients.
Licensing: Must have (or be willing to obtain) a Wisconsin Real Estate License. Ask us about our special rate for the pre-licensing course!
No Experience? No Problem: We’ve turned genetics majors and college students into multi-million dollar producers through our Mentee Mastery program.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are a must
Compensation
$120,000+ at plan commission
