What You Will Do
As a Project Manager, you may be responsible for:
Leading cross-functional initiatives across business units such as Procurement, Marketing, Product Creation, and Employee Experience.
Managing timelines, resources, and deliverables from project initiation through completion.
Facilitating meetings, creating project documentation, and driving stakeholder alignment.
Supporting change management, process improvement, and strategic planning efforts.
Communicating project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Depending on the assignment, you may work on:
Business process transformation and operational efficiency projects.
Strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives.
Employee listening and engagement programs.
Studio operations and production workflow optimization.
Capacity planning and project portfolio management tool implementation.
What You Will Bring
Professional project management experience (non-IT focus).
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Airtable, Jira, Microsoft Office, and Keynote.
PMP or other project management certifications (preferred but not required).
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a collaborative mindset.
